Welcome to BUPARD. By accessing and using our website (www.bupard.co.uk), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services booked through it.
1.2 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Services & Bookings
2.1 Service Availability: All services are subject to availability and may require prior booking.
2.2 Quotes & Pricing: Prices listed on our website are for guidance only and may vary based on the condition of the vehicle. Final pricing will be confirmed after vehicle inspection.
2.3 Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via email, phone, or SMS.
2.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations are subject to a fee, unless the service is rescheduled, without the possibility of a cancellation or another reschedule of the service.
3. Vehicle Assessment
3.1 Prior to any work commencing on the day of your booking, we will carry out a full aesthetic vehicle assessment. The vehicle assessment form must be signed by the owner of the vehicle or the person who has been given consent to sign the vehicle assessment form on behalf of the owner.
3.2 If we identify any noticeable general body damage, such as a scratch, dent or scuff, during the vehicle assessment this will be presented to you. At this point, it is your responsibility to ensure you agree with the vehicle assessment. If you are not completely satisfied with the vehicle assessment, you should not sign the vehicle assessment form and raise any concerns immediately, prior to the work commencing.
4. Payments & Refunds
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers. A deposit is required for most of the services when booked and a full payment is required upon completion of service.
4.2 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not issued once the detailing work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Vehicle Condition: Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, weak paint, or sensitive materials. We are not liable for damages due to pre-existing conditions.
4.2 Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuable items before your appointment. We will carefully handle and return to you any personal belonging we find in your vehicle, however, we are not responsible for any losses or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
4.3 Access & Cooperation: Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location. Delays due to lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
5.1 While we take great care in our services, BUPARD is not liable for minor scratches, water spots, or issues caused by poor previous repairs.
5.2 We aim to clearly present our services and do our best to ensure you understand the different services you can choose, however we are not responsible of any misunderstandings, please make sure you ask us any questions you may have.
5.3 We use high-quality, professional-grade products and techniques, but results may vary depending on vehicle age and condition.
5.4 In case of any disputes, we will attempt to resolve them amicably. If necessary, legal action will be taken in England.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (e.g., name, contact details, vehicle details) will only be used for booking and service purposes.
